The deaerator tank is made of 316L stainless steel. The deaerator performs the deaeration process at a SZtemperature of 102°C and a pressure of 0.2 Bar.
The deaerator is used to remove free O2 and CO2 in the condensate tank, thus preventing pea-sized perforations in the boiler body. It can be optionally coated with galvanized, aluminum, or stainless steel.
The tank is equipped with necessary fitting connection flanges and a dome connection flange. At the bottom, there is a steam distribution manifold and pipes for mixed-type heating. Centrifugal or multi-stage pumps are used to supply water to the deaerator level as needed. It is manufactured in the appropriate diameter and length, and necessary thickness according to capacity.
Depending on the type of deaerator and the layout of the boiler room, it is made of P 265 GH or P 355 GH boiler sheet in horizontal cylindrical or dished head type. It is covered with insulation material of appropriate density and thickness.
