The fuel is fed from the bottom, allowing direct contact of the flame with the combustion chamber. The primary air supplied by the fan ensures controlled, clean, and smokeless combustion. More heat is obtained with less fuel. By maintaining a constant water temperature with the thermostat control, fuel savings can be maximized.
Our Obus Series solid fuel hot water boilers are designed for fuels with a minimum of 4,500 kcal/h (flame temperature 1200°C). For burning lower calorific fuel, please contact our company.
Antifreeze can be used in our boilers, if desired, to prevent freezing in the system. All materials used in production are certified. Our boilers, produced in compliance with TS EN 497 standards, are certified with the 97/23/EC Pressure Equipment Directive Module H Full Quality Assurance. Our products are manufactured using S235 JR quality steel.
Our products are produced using boiler tubes made of P235GH and higher quality steel according to TS EN 10217-2 standards.
