Wet flue filters are used at the chimney outlets of high-capacity boilers. These filters help to further reduce the particles in the air being released by washing them. As the incoming flue gas passes through the expanding chamber of the wet chimney filter, it encounters water sprayed from nozzles. Pressurized water is sprayed onto the flue gas, washing the particles.
For wet flue filters to work efficiently and meet required standards during measurements, they need to be designed with specific ratios and widths and must spray a sufficient amount of water.
The wet flue filters we manufacture are an indispensable solution for ensuring cleaner air emissions in apartments, restaurants, factories, residences, and any area where solid fuels are used. In our wet filter manufacturing, 316L Chrome Nickel Stainless Steel is used.
These filters regulate the carbon dioxide ratio, keeping the air 90% cleaner. They capture ash, soot, and particles in the smoke, thus maintaining a cleaner environment. Water consumption is minimal.
If requested, they can be manufactured for all of our boilers. Necessary calculations and designs are made before production begins. They are easy to install and maintain.
